What therapy looks like depends a lot on you and your goals. Many of my clients experience significant benefits in the first 3-4 months but then find it to be a rich and helpful longer-term weekly rhythm. I am well-versed in both depth-oriented, longer-term therapy models and in briefer forms of therapy that target specific areas (such as anxiety or trauma) in a few months. I am open to discovering together what best fits you. I do recommend beginning with a weekly rhythm if possible, since I find that it is most effective in building our momentum together.

My 50-minute session fee is $380 for individual therapy and $400 for couples therapy. Many clients use FSA/HSA accounts, and I am an out-of-network provider with most insurance companies.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I’d be glad to help you figure out what you can expect to receive as a partial reimbursement for our sessions from your insurance company. Plans vary significantly, but some of my clients with good benefits end up being reimbursed $100-300 per session after meeting their deductible.

Yes, I offer in-person and telehealth sessions. I see in-person clients at two locations: 82 Marlborough St., Boston (Back Bay) and 1 Brookline Place, Brookline. Each is close to the T and on-street metered parking, and there is a parking garage at 1 Brookline Place. I am licensed to provide telehealth to anyone in Massachusetts.
